2021 Chevy Silverado 3500HD DRW
The owner of this truck needed a quick turnaround before leaving town for the Winter and wasn’t having any luck before contacting our shop. It turns out he made the right call for his Silverado Dually Lift Kit Installation.
Our customer had to leave town for the Winter in less than 2 days but wanted to get a lift kit and some wheels and tires first. Not an easy feat but we love a challenge. After a phone call with one of our vendors we learned that everything we needed for this project was in stock at a local warehouse. They couldn’t get the delivery to us until the next afternoon but the clock was ticking. Since it was local, we hopped in the truck and took the drive to pick everything up.
We put a package together that started with a ReadyLIFT 3″ SST Lift Kit to give us clearance for new wheels and tires. Next up was the 20″ Fuel Maverick wheels that we wrapped in 35×12.50 Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T tires.
This project wasn’t without its setbacks. The U-bolts that shipped with the kit weren’t long enough so we had a set custom made from a local company. That’s the reason we weren’t able to get proper pictures. We wrapped this one up late in the day and the customer needed to load up and get ready to hit the road in the morning. We’ll invite him to the shop for a photoshoot once he’s back in town in the Spring.
